Rõuge Ürgorg hiking trail
The back-and-forth (one way 10 km, total 20 km) hiking trail descends from the swing into the Rõuge primordial valley, passes a small pond and runs along the slope of the valley rich in springs.
RMK PÄHNI FOREST TRAIL
The Pähni nature trail is 3 km long with 20 points of interest. There are mostly no trodden paths, and you have to look for the way forward by going over grass, through wet grass or through the forest.
Tõrvandu forest trail
The marked and described 3 km long hiking trail is intended for all those interested in the forest and hiking. There are campfire sites, a camping area and shelters on the trail. The 25 observation points of the trail can also be passed by car.
HIKING TRAILS OF RMK PAGANAMAA LANDSCAPE PROTECTION AREA
Five different marked hiking trails with lengths of 0.9 km, 2.7 km, 3.8 km, 4.3 km and 4.7 km. The start of the tracks is from Raadi mountain, on the edge of Piirioru.
RMK LUHASOO HIKING TRAIL
The trail starts at the parking lot of the trail. The educational trail in the Luhasoo landscape protection area is a 5 km long circle, which is partially covered with a boardwalk. There is a small forest hut for overnight stays on the swamp island in the center of the trail.
RMK HINNI CANYON HIKING TRAIL
Hinni Canyon is a 15-20 meter deep notch. This magnificent Devonian sandstone natural monument is unique in Estonia due to its depth. No other deep sandstone canyons are known. The length of the canyon is about 200 meters, the width is 6-10 meters going upstream, which quickly narrows to 3 m wide.
RMK KIRIKUMÄE LAKE HIKING TRACK
You can hike around the Kirikumäe lake in the Kirikumäe landscape protection area. The length of the track is 3.2 km. The trail is marked, equipped with wooden directional signs and information boards.
RMK KAVAD LAKE HIKING TRACK
The hiking trail along the shore of Lake Kavadi is 2.2 km long. The hiking trail starts and ends in the Uue-Saaluse park, where there is a rest area, fire pits with a grill and a camping site.
RMK ÖÖBIKUORU SMALL HIKING TRAIL
The trail starts at the Ööbikuoru visitor center and is 450 m long. The hiking trail can be considered a separate attraction, because on the trail you can see a short notch flowing into the Rõuge primordial valley - tsori, on the steep slopes of which limestone is exposed.
RML VÄLLAMÄE HIKING TRAIL
The Vällamäe hiking trail is 2.2 km long, where you can experience a powerful height difference that is unique in Estonia.
RMK HIKING TRAIL PÄHNI-ÄHIJÄRVE
The hike starts at the Pähn visitor center or the Karula National Park center and is 105 km long. The section with the most hiking trails in Estonia. The trail runs along the bank of the river Piusa with the steepest drop, passes the highest sandstone outcrop Härma wall in Estonia, the highest peak Suur Munamäe and the deepest lake Rõuge Suurjärvi.
SOUTHERN PEAK OF ESTONIA NATURE LEARNING TRAIL
The Lõunatipu nature trail starts under the large, four-meter-circumfered oak tree of the Naha farm and is 4.8 km long. The hiking trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the state border, so you must have an identity document with you.
